First of all thank you to all of your support and commitment during our new business venture. We would not be where we are today if it weren’t for all of you!

We are proud to announce that we will be moving to a new location as of January 1, 2021! Both Integrative Fitness and Physical Therapy businesses will be making to move.

If any of you have been to our current petite location on Belmont then you will understand why we are upgrading to a bigger space with more options for privacy and safe physical distancing. With a bigger space we will be able to promote physical distancing more effectively and with higher ceilings there will be more opportunities for diffuse airflow.

Our new location is in the historical Shogren Building at 1235 SE Grand Ave, Portland, OR 97214 and there are a couple of pictures below.

Our new space has 2-hour metered parking around the entire building, however we are currently looking into providing discounted parking booklets of 10 passes to provide to all Root & Branch clients. These passes will be for Zone G and we will update you as soon as possible once we figure this out.

We look forward to establishing our roots in a bigger pot so that we can all branch out together. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Kai update: Our brave little friend is doing great! He’s back home and recovering comfortably! Kai was so good at the vet yesterday they even made him a personalized bootie!
