FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

Yes. We accept most major insurance plans offered in the state of Oregon including Medicare and Medicaid. We bill your insurance directly. We also offer free insurance benefits checks prior to your first appointment. Click here to check your benefits.

DO I NEED A REFERRAL?

Maybe. If you will be using motor vehicle insurance, a workers compensation claim, or Medicare then yes you will indeed need a referral. A referral can be retrieved from an MD, DO, ND, NP, PA or DC. If you are using private health insurance or Medicaid, you will not need a referral prior to you first appointment.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

Engagement. Physical Therapy is not a passive modality that is given from the provider to the patient. Physical Therapy involves active engagement between the Therapist and the patient consisting of both exercise performance and lifestyle modification. Be prepared for participation during appointments but also every day outside of appointments.
