CUSTOM PRI® FOOT ORTHOTICS

What Are PRI Custom Foot Orthotics?

PRI custom foot orthotics are designed to influence the entire body — not just support the arch.

Unlike traditional orthotics that are built primarily to cushion or rigidly control the foot, PRI orthotics are prescribed based on a full-body assessment. We consider how your foot position affects your pelvis, rib cage, breathing mechanics, and overall movement patterns.

These orthotics are often strategically posted or modified to help your body shift into a more balanced position — improving weight distribution, reducing asymmetry, and decreasing strain upstream in the knees, hips, and spine.

How Are PRI Orthotics Different?

Many conventional orthotics focus on:

  • Arch height

  • Foot pain only

  • Controlling pronation

  • Providing rigid support

PRI orthotics focus on:

  • Whole-body alignment

  • Left-to-right balance

  • Ground reaction forces

  • Integration with breathing and posture

The goal isn’t just to support your feet — it’s to help reposition your body from the ground up.

When combined with PRI exercises, these orthotics can reduce recurring pain patterns and improve long-term movement efficiency.
